Just wanted to update you on my season so far! It’s been tough in terms of finishing races, but I had a great couple of races last week at Aspen Highlands for the Superg qualifiers. I ended up 3rd two days in a row for both races, which puts me in 1st and 2nd for my age group! With those results I have a great chance of qualifying for US nationals. So I’m really excited about that. I travel to Spirt Mountain in Minnesota next Thursday, the 31st, for Slalom qualifier races. It’s supposed to be pretty cold, but I’m excited regardless. - Margo McHugh 2019

Dear Mark and Maddie,

I just finished up a few speed races in Aspen. It was really fun to race on my home hill. I am now in Vail for 3 tech races and then will head to Sun Valley for U.S Nationals.

I wanted to thank you for the generous scholarship from the foundation. I am so thankful for your support and honored to represent the foundation in Karl’s memory.

I will let you know about my summer plans and training camps as I learn more.

Thank you for the unwavering support over the years.
