Jack and Luke

Jack and Luke started skiing for fun at a 400-foot vertical slope called Perfect North Slopes (PNS) in Indiana.  When Jack was 7 and Luke was 5, they started Alpine ski racing at PNS because it was the best way to learn proper skiing technique.  That led to competing in the Nastar Championships which led to skiing in Colorado and joining AVSC.  This is their fourth year with AVSC.   Jack has qualified for the Junior Olympics and was the recipient of AVSC's Commitment Award. Luke was named to the 2019 Rocky Mountain Division All-Star Team.

When Jack is not ski training or racing, he is playing the guitar.  The only other passion that comes close to ski racing is the guitar.  He also likes to spend extra time in the gym.  On his days off from ski training or racing, you can find him working out.

Update: Now that Jack has graduated, he has become a coach for AVSC! He continues to share his passion and skill.
